Marketing and Communications Lead

As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing and Communications Lead to join our team and drive our marketing and PR efforts to new heights.
As the Marketing and Communications Lead, you will play a crucial role in establishing our brand presence, driving lead generation, and creating compelling content to engage our target audience. You will have the opportunity to shape and execute our Marketing and Communications strategies, working closely with the rest of the Certific team to promote our solution and expand our market share.
- Develop, lead and execute a comprehensive Marketing and Communications strategy to build brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, to engage and educate our target audience.
- Lead the planning and execution of PR activities, including press releases, media relations, and industry events.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Proven experience in Marketing and Communications roles, preferably in the healthtech industry. Experience with vertical SaaS platforms is a huge bonus.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling content.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Experience in PR activities, including media relations, press releases, and event management.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Passionate about the healthcare industry and leveraging technology to improve patient outcomes.
