Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, email, and message, plus any additional fields the form may include (such as organization or country). Website analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, which collects aggregated, anonymous usage statistics. No cookies, no personal data, no cross-site tracking. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in monitoring and improving the performance of our website.
3. Who receives your data
We share contact-form data only with the following processors, under written data processing agreements:
- Amazon Web Services (EU): form-submission and email-delivery infrastructure.
- Google Workspace (EU): business email for general correspondence.
- Zendesk (EU): customer support system for handling contact-form submissions.
- Pipedrive (EU): customer relationship management processes.
We do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing purposes with any third party.
4. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and ISO 27001-aligned operational practices.
5. Retention
Contact-form data is retained for 24 months after our last interaction with you. If a business relationship begins, retention is governed by the relevant Certific platform’s data processing terms.
6. Your rights
